Argentina Motorcycle Title Transfer Application — Solicitud Tipo 08 (Contrato de Transferencia / Inscripción de Dominio, Motovehículo)
The Registro Nacional de la Propiedad del Automotor's (DNRPA, Ministerio de Justicia y Derechos Humanos) 'Solicitud Tipo 08' motovehículo (motorcycle) variant, the standard national request form used to record a private motorcycle ownership transfer — the contract of transfer and the resulting title (dominio) inscription at the vehicle's Registro Seccional. This is DNRPA's sibling document to the automóvil variant (ar/dnrpa/solicitud-tipo-08-transferencia-automotor): a separate 2-page pre-numbered specimen (this fetched copy is the 'Original / Legajo B' ply; DNRPA's carbon-copy design means every ply carries identical fields), also genuinely flat/scanned with 0 AcroForm widgets and 0 extractable text-layer characters (confirmed programmatically), so every field was catalogued by visually rendering both pages and transcribing each printed box, exactly as for its automóvil sibling. Structurally the two documents are identical section-for-section — same 83 fields across secciones 'A' through 'O' — with a single substantive terminology difference: sección 'F' asks for the vehicle's 'MARCA DE CUADRO' / 'N° DE CUADRO' (frame make/number) rather than the automóvil form's 'MARCA DE CHASIS' / 'N° DE CHASIS' (chassis make/number), reflecting that a motorcycle's load-bearing structure is a 'cuadro' (frame), not a 'chasis' (chassis) — this is echoed in the form's own left-margin completion instruction ('...NUMEROS DE MOTOR Y CUADRO...' vs '...MOTOR Y CHASIS...'). The form captures: the contract's place/date and price (sección 'A'); the buyer/acquirer and, if applicable, a second co-owner ('condómino') buying jointly (secciones 'D'/'E'); the motorcycle being transferred (sección 'F'); any prior liens the seller declares under oath (sección 'H'); the seller/transmitter and, if applicable, a second co-owner selling jointly (secciones 'I'/'J'); each of the four parties' attorney-in-fact ('apoderado'), if one is used instead of personal appearance (secciones 'K'/'L' and the apoderado sub-blocks of 'I'/'J'); free-form observations (sección 'M'); and, if the titular/apoderado does not appear in person, the person authorized to handle the paperwork and collect the resulting documents (sección 'O'). Out of scope: the form's pre-printed registry serial number and 'B'/'C'/'N' boxes (reserved for the Registro Seccional's own use, not applicant data), the 'OPTA SI/NO' box (tagged 'RESERVADO PARA EL REGISTRO' in the form's own left margin), every wet-ink signature line, every notary/certifying-official block ('Certificación de Firma' / 'Fecha, Sello y Firma del Certificante'), and the apoderado-del-cónyuge sub-sub-block (matching the automóvil sibling's own scope boundary — see Scope decisions in VERIFICATION.md) — these are produced by a third party at the moment of signing, or are a further nested proxy layer beyond this document's chosen scope boundary, not authored by the applicant when preparing the application. GovSchema is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by the Argentine Republic, its Ministerio de Justicia y Derechos Humanos, or the DNRPA.

Fields
-
contractPlaceAndDatestring requiredThe place and date the transfer contract was executed, as a single combined entry (this box has no separate day/month/year sub-boxes, unlike the birth-date boxes elsewhere on the form).
length: 0–200 -
purchasePricestring requiredThe purchase price. If the transfer arises from something other than a sale (cession, inheritance/succession, prize, etc.), the form directs the filer to write that concept here instead of a price ('en caso de cesión, sucesión, premio, etc. escribir el concepto').
length: 0–200classification: financial -
buyerOwnershipPercentagenumber requiredThe percentage of the vehicle the buyer is acquiring. The form's own instruction directs filers acquiring the whole vehicle to state 100.00 ('SI SE TRATA DE LA TOTALIDAD, INDICAR 100,00%').
range: 0–100 -
buyerNameOrDenominationstring requiredThe buyer's surname(s) and given name(s) if a natural person, or the legal entity's denomination if a company/association. The form's own left-margin instructions direct natural persons to write surname(s) then given name(s) with no periods, commas, or abbreviations, and legal entities to copy their denomination verbatim from their constitutive contract/creation document.
length: 1–300classification: sensitive-pii -
buyerEmailstring requiredThe buyer's email address.
length: 0–200classification: pii -
buyerPhonestring requiredThe buyer's telephone number.
length: 0–50 -
buyerLegalAddressstring requiredThe buyer's legal domicile (street, number, floor, unit, postal code, locality, partido/departamento, and province), modelled as a single composite field per this registry's established convention for multi-box address groups (spec v0.3 has no structured sub-object type). The form's own hint warns this address fixes where the vehicle will be registered ('SU DOMICILIO FIJARA EL LUGAR DE RADICACIÓN DEL VEHÍCULO').
length: 0–400classification: sensitive-pii -
buyerActualAddressstring requiredThe buyer's actual/real domicile, modelled as a single composite field (see buyerLegalAddress). For a legal-entity buyer this is typically the same as the legal domicile.
length: 0–400classification: sensitive-pii -
buyerProfessionOrActivitystring optionalThe buyer's profession, trade, or main activity. Applicable only when the buyer is a natural person — this row falls under the form's own left-margin 'PERSONAS FISICAS' category tag, distinct from the 'ENTES JURIDICOS' (legal entity) fields further down the same column.
length: 0–200 -
buyerDocumentTypeenum optionalThe buyer's identity document type, from the form's own 6-option checkbox group distinguishing native/naturalized Argentines (options 1-3) from foreigners (options 4-6). Applicable only when the buyer is a natural person (see buyerProfessionOrActivity).
enum: dni-argentino-nativo-o-naturalizado | le-libreta-de-enrolamiento | lc-libreta-civica | dni-extranjero | ci-extranjero | pasaporte-extranjero -
buyerDocumentNumberstring optionalThe buyer's identity document number. Applicable only when the buyer is a natural person (see buyerProfessionOrActivity).
length: 0–50classification: sensitive-pii -
buyerDocumentIssuingAuthorityOrCountrystring optionalThe authority, or country, that issued the buyer's identity document. Applicable only when the buyer is a natural person (see buyerProfessionOrActivity).
length: 0–200 -
buyerTaxIdstring requiredThe buyer's federal tax/labor identification key (CUIT, CUIL, or CDI, as applicable). DNRPA's general completion rules (Digesto, Título I, Cap. I, Sec. 2ª, art. 13) require every acquirer petitioning a title-transfer inscription to prove this key to the Registro Seccional, so this field is modelled as required for the buyer regardless of natural-person/legal-entity status (both hold a CUIT/CUIL/CDI).
length: 0–50classification: sensitive-pii -
buyerPlaceOfBirthstring optionalThe buyer's place of birth. Applicable only when the buyer is a natural person (see buyerProfessionOrActivity).
length: 0–200 -
buyerDateOfBirthdate optionalThe buyer's date of birth, printed as separate day/month/year boxes. Applicable only when the buyer is a natural person (see buyerProfessionOrActivity).
classification: sensitive-pii -
buyerMaritalStatusenum optionalThe buyer's marital status, from the form's own 4-option checkbox group. Applicable only when the buyer is a natural person (see buyerProfessionOrActivity). DNRPA's general completion rules (Digesto art. 4) note that no proof of civil status is required.
enum: soltero | casado | viudo | divorciado -
buyerMarriageRecordNumberstring optionalThe sequence number of the buyer's marriage (e.g. '1' for a first marriage), printed alongside the marital-status checkboxes. Only answerable if the buyer is married.
length: 0–20 -
buyerSpouseNamestring optionalThe buyer's spouse's surname(s) and given name(s), if the buyer is married. DNRPA's general completion rules (Digesto art. 4) note that either spouse may use the other's surname (with or without the 'de' preposition) and that no proof of the spouse's surname is required.
length: 0–300classification: sensitive-pii -
buyerLegalCapacityGrantedByAndDatestring optionalThe authority that granted the buyer's legal personhood, and the day/month/year it was granted. Applicable only when the buyer is a legal entity — this row falls under the form's own left-margin 'ENTES JURIDICOS' category tag. DNRPA's general completion rules (Digesto art. 9) note that companies/associations not requiring registration should state their creation date instead, and that public-law entities (government bodies) need only state their denomination.
length: 0–300 -
buyerRegistrationNumberOrDetailsstring optionalThe buyer's registration or creation record number/details. Applicable only when the buyer is a legal entity (see buyerLegalCapacityGrantedByAndDate).
length: 0–300 -
buyerRegistrationDatedate optionalThe date of the buyer's registration or creation. Applicable only when the buyer is a legal entity (see buyerLegalCapacityGrantedByAndDate).
-
buyerCetastring optionalA legal-entity identifier printed on the form as 'CETA', reproduced verbatim as no expansion of the abbreviation appears anywhere on the specimen. Applicable only when the buyer is a legal entity (see buyerLegalCapacityGrantedByAndDate).
length: 0–100 -
coBuyerOwnershipPercentagenumber optionalThe percentage of the vehicle a second, jointly-purchasing co-owner ('condómino') is acquiring. DNRPA's general completion rules (Digesto art. 3) confirm the first two co-owners share one set of Solicitudes Tipo (this document's sección 'E'); additional co-owners require a further identical set of forms, out of scope here. Applicable only if there is a second buyer.
range: 0–100 -
coBuyerNameOrDenominationstring optionalThe co-buyer's surname(s)/given name(s) or legal-entity denomination, mirroring buyerNameOrDenomination. Applicable only if there is a second buyer.
length: 0–300classification: sensitive-pii -
coBuyerEmailstring optionalThe co-buyer's email address. Applicable only if there is a second buyer.
length: 0–200classification: pii -
coBuyerPhonestring optionalThe co-buyer's telephone number. Applicable only if there is a second buyer.

coBuyerMaritalStatusenum optionalThe co-buyer's marital status, mirroring buyerMaritalStatus. Applicable only if there is a second, natural-person buyer.
enum: soltero | casado | viudo | divorciado -
coBuyerMarriageRecordNumberstring optionalThe sequence number of the co-buyer's marriage. Only answerable if the co-buyer is married.
length: 0–20 -

length: 0–300classification: sensitive-pii -
coBuyerLegalCapacityGrantedByAndDatestring optionalThe authority that granted the co-buyer's legal personhood, and when. Applicable only if there is a second, legal-entity buyer.
length: 0–300 -

length: 0–300 -
coBuyerRegistrationDatedate optionalThe date of the co-buyer's registration or creation. Applicable only if there is a second, legal-entity buyer.
-
coBuyerCetastring optionalThe co-buyer's 'CETA' identifier, reproduced verbatim (see buyerCeta). Applicable only if there is a second, legal-entity buyer.
length: 0–100 -
vehicleLicensePlatestring requiredThe vehicle's license-plate/registration identifier ('dominio'). This same box also appears as a cross-reference in sección 'A'; both are modelled as this single field, per this document's own instruction that the dominio number be consigned wherever it recurs on the form.
length: 0–20 -
vehicleMakestring requiredThe vehicle's make/brand. DNRPA's general completion rules (Digesto art. 11) direct this to be copied verbatim from the vehicle's título or legajo records (or, for an initial registration, from the manufacture/import certificate).
length: 0–100 -
vehicleTypestring requiredThe vehicle's type (e.g. sedán, pick-up), copied verbatim from the título/legajo (see vehicleMake).
length: 0–100 -
vehicleModelstring requiredThe vehicle's model (and typically model year), copied verbatim from the título/legajo (see vehicleMake).
length: 0–100 -
engineMakestring requiredThe engine's make/brand, copied verbatim from the título/legajo (see vehicleMake).
length: 0–100 -
engineNumberstring requiredThe engine's serial number. The form's own left-margin instruction permits omitting the manufacturer series prefix if the título/cédula records omit it too ('COMPLETAR LOS NUMEROS DE MOTOR Y CUADRO OMITIENDO LAS SERIES SI ESTUVIERAN CONSIGNADAS EN DICHOS DOCUMENTOS') — the motovehículo variant's own wording, distinct from the automóvil sibling's '...MOTOR Y CHASIS...'.
length: 0–100 -
frameMakestring requiredThe motorcycle frame's ('cuadro') make/brand, copied verbatim from the título/legajo (see vehicleMake). The motovehículo variant of this form asks for the frame, not a chassis — the automóvil sibling's equivalent field is chassisMake.
length: 0–100 -
frameNumberstring requiredThe motorcycle frame's ('cuadro') serial number (see engineNumber for the series-omission rule, which this form's left-margin instruction states as '...MOTOR Y CUADRO...' rather than the automóvil sibling's '...MOTOR Y CHASIS...').
length: 0–100 -
vehicleUsestring requiredThe vehicle's declared use/category (e.g. particular, taxi, carga), copied verbatim from the título/legajo (see vehicleMake).
length: 0–100 -
priorLienRegistrationDatedate optionalThe registration date of a debt/lien ('prenda') the seller declares under oath still encumbers the vehicle. The section's own printed text is itself a sworn declaration that the vehicle carries no undeclared debts or liens ('LOS VENDEDORES O TRANSMITENTES DECLARAN BAJO JURAMENTO... QUE EL VEHICULO... NO RECONOCE DEUDAS, GRAVAMENES, NI OTRA/S PRENDA/S... QUE LA/S QUE SE DECLARAN SEGUIDAMENTE'); leaving this row blank is itself the declaration of no prior liens, consistent with the left-margin instruction that this section is completed only if the vehicle carries a pre-existing lien ('COMPLETAR SOLAMENTE SI EL VEHICULO SE ENAJENA CON PRENDAS ANTERIORES A ESTA TRANSFERENCIA').
-
priorLienAmountstring optionalThe amount of the declared prior debt/lien (see priorLienRegistrationDate).
length: 0–100classification: financial -
priorLienCreditorstring optionalThe creditor of the declared prior debt/lien (see priorLienRegistrationDate).
length: 0–300classification: sensitive-pii -
sellerOwnershipPercentagenumber requiredThe percentage of the vehicle the seller/transmitter is selling.
range: 0–100 -
sellerNameOrDenominationstring requiredThe seller's surname(s)/given name(s) or legal-entity denomination. Unlike the buyer sections ('D'/'E'), this section carries no separate national-identity-document-number box for the seller themselves — only for their attorney-in-fact (sellerAttorneyDocumentNumber), if one is used — consistent with the seller already being the registry's on-file titular, identified via the vehicle's dominio, whose identity is confirmed at signing through notarized signature certification rather than re-declared here.
length: 1–300classification: sensitive-pii -
sellerMaritalStatusenum requiredThe seller's marital status, from the form's own 4-option checkbox group.
enum: soltero | casado | viudo | divorciado -
sellerMarriageRecordNumberstring optionalThe sequence number of the seller's marriage. Only answerable if the seller is married.
length: 0–20 -
sellerSpouseNamestring optionalThe seller's spouse's surname(s) and given name(s), captured because the spouse must independently consent to (and sign) the transfer of marital-property vehicles ('CONYUGE/S O SU/S APODERADO/S (CONSENTIMIENTO ART. 1277 CODIGO CIVIL)'). Applicable only if the seller is married.
length: 0–300classification: sensitive-pii -
sellerAttorneyNamestring optionalThe name of the seller's attorney-in-fact ('apoderado'), if the seller uses a proxy to sign rather than appearing personally.
length: 0–300classification: sensitive-pii -
sellerAttorneyDocumentTypeenum optionalThe identity document type of the seller's attorney-in-fact, from the same 6-option checkbox group used elsewhere on this form. Applicable only if the seller uses an attorney-in-fact.
enum: dni-argentino-nativo-o-naturalizado | le-libreta-de-enrolamiento | lc-libreta-civica | dni-extranjero | ci-extranjero | pasaporte-extranjero -
sellerAttorneyDocumentNumberstring optionalThe identity document number of the seller's attorney-in-fact. Applicable only if the seller uses an attorney-in-fact.
length: 0–50classification: sensitive-pii -
sellerAttorneyIssuingAuthoritystring optionalThe authority, or country, that issued the seller's attorney-in-fact's identity document. Applicable only if the seller uses an attorney-in-fact.
length: 0–200 -
coSellerOwnershipPercentagenumber optionalThe percentage of the vehicle a second, jointly-selling co-owner is selling. Applicable only if there is a second seller (see coBuyerOwnershipPercentage for the same first-two-condóminos-per-form-set rule, applied here to the selling side).
range: 0–100 -
coSellerNameOrDenominationstring optionalThe co-seller's surname(s)/given name(s) or legal-entity denomination, mirroring sellerNameOrDenomination. Applicable only if there is a second seller.
length: 1–300classification: sensitive-pii -
coSellerMaritalStatusenum optionalThe co-seller's marital status, mirroring sellerMaritalStatus. Applicable only if there is a second seller.
enum: soltero | casado | viudo | divorciado -
coSellerMarriageRecordNumberstring optionalThe sequence number of the co-seller's marriage. Only answerable if the co-seller is married.
length: 0–20 -
coSellerSpouseNamestring optionalThe co-seller's spouse's surname(s) and given name(s) (see sellerSpouseName). Applicable only if there is a second seller who is married.
length: 0–300classification: sensitive-pii -
coSellerAttorneyNamestring optionalThe name of the co-seller's attorney-in-fact, mirroring sellerAttorneyName. Applicable only if there is a second seller who uses an attorney-in-fact.
length: 0–300classification: sensitive-pii -
coSellerAttorneyDocumentTypeenum optionalThe identity document type of the co-seller's attorney-in-fact. Applicable only if there is a second seller who uses an attorney-in-fact.

coSellerAttorneyDocumentNumberstring optionalThe identity document number of the co-seller's attorney-in-fact. Applicable only if there is a second seller who uses an attorney-in-fact.
length: 0–50classification: sensitive-pii -
coSellerAttorneyIssuingAuthoritystring optionalThe authority, or country, that issued the co-seller's attorney-in-fact's identity document. Applicable only if there is a second seller who uses an attorney-in-fact.
length: 0–200 -
buyerAttorneyNamestring optionalThe name of the buyer's attorney-in-fact, if the buyer uses a proxy to sign rather than appearing personally. This section captures only the attorney-in-fact's identity — the buyer's own data is already captured in full in sección 'D'.
length: 0–300classification: sensitive-pii -
buyerAttorneyDocumentTypeenum optionalThe identity document type of the buyer's attorney-in-fact. Applicable only if the buyer uses an attorney-in-fact.
enum: dni-argentino-nativo-o-naturalizado | le-libreta-de-enrolamiento | lc-libreta-civica | dni-extranjero | ci-extranjero | pasaporte-extranjero -
buyerAttorneyDocumentNumberstring optionalThe identity document number of the buyer's attorney-in-fact. Applicable only if the buyer uses an attorney-in-fact.
length: 0–50classification: sensitive-pii -

coBuyerAttorneyIssuingAuthoritystring optionalThe authority, or country, that issued the co-buyer's attorney-in-fact's identity document. Applicable only if there is a second buyer who uses an attorney-in-fact.
length: 0–200 -
observationsstring optionalFree-form observations: necessary clarifications, a list of other documents accompanying this filing, or the record of any correction/erasure and its accompanying signature, per DNRPA's general completion rules (Digesto art. 12). The form's own left-margin instruction directs filers to cross out any unused space in this box ('TACHAR INDEFECTIBLEMENTE LOS ESPACIOS NO UTILIZADOS').
length: 0–1000 -
authorizedAgentNamestring optionalThe name of the person authorized to handle the filing and collect the resulting documentation on the titular's behalf, if the titular (or their attorney-in-fact) does not appear in person ('DE NO CONCURRIR EL TITULAR O SU APODERADO COMPLETAR CON LOS DATOS DE LA PERSONA AUTORIZADA A REALIZAR EL TRAMITE').
length: 0–300classification: sensitive-pii -
authorizedAgentDocumentTypeAndNumberstring optionalThe identity document type and number of the person authorized under authorizedAgentName; only answerable once that field is filled in. Modelled as a single combined field, matching this box's own printed layout (unlike the form's other identity-document boxes, this one has no separate checkbox group for document type). Deliberately not gated with `requiredWhen` against `authorizedAgentName`: the condition grammar (GSP-0013) has no field-presence operator, and a `notEquals` sentinel-value comparison against an absent optional field evaluates `undefined !== ''` as true, misfiring as always-required rather than only-when-filled.

Verification record
Candidate selection
This session's brief (GOV-2204, child of the recurring research issue GOV-2202, itself a continuation of GOV-2167/GOV-2185) was to author the sibling motovehículo (motorcycle) variant of the already-published ar/dnrpa/solicitud-tipo-08-transferencia-automotor (GOV-2187, PR #355). That prior cycle's own VERIFICATION.md explicitly named 08M.pdf as a follow-on candidate, deferred rather than fetched or extracted at the time. This document deepens Argentina's DMV vertical (still 3/6 verticals; DMV coverage now spans both the automóvil and motovehículo procedure variants) rather than opening a new one.
GOV-2202 also re-screened Argentina's Taxes vertical (AFIP Ganancias/Bienes Personales) this cycle and confirmed it a dead end: both F.711 and F.762 are output-only artifacts generated after completing an authenticated Clave-Fiscal-gated web declaration — no blank AcroForm or numbered instructivo exists anywhere for either. That screening does not recur here; see GOV-2202's own CATALOG.md update for the full sourcing record.

No entry was added to tools/verify-sources-allowlist.json — this domain needs none.
Extraction method
Like its automóvil sibling, this specimen is a genuinely flat/scanned image PDF, confirmed programmatically with pdfjs-dist (legacy/build/pdf.js, Node ESM) before any visual work began — this was checked independently rather than assumed from the sibling's own findings:
doc.getFieldObjects()→null(no AcroForm at all).page.getAnnotations({ intent: 'display' })→ 0 widgets on both of the document's 2 pages.page.getTextContent()→ 0 text items on both pages (the same"TT: undefined function: 32"warning seen on the automóvil sibling recurs here, again consistent with an embedded non-standard font used only for the pre-printed serial number).
Every field in this document was catalogued by rasterizing both pages to PNG at 3x scale (pdfjs-dist + node-canvas, page.render({ canvasContext, viewport })) and visually transcribing every printed box, in reading order, cross-checked against the form's own left-margin section labels (identical tag set to the automóvil sibling: "INSTRUCCIONES", "DOMICILIOS", "PERSONAS FISICAS", "ENTES JURIDICOS", "RESERVADO PARA EL REGISTRO") and right-margin annotations on page 2.
The fetched PDF is labelled, in its own top-left corner, "08 ORIGINAL PARA LEGAJO 'B'" and carries its own independent pre-printed serial number series with an "M" prefix (Nº M 06760780 ) — DNRPA's own internal numbering distinguishing motovehículo-series forms from the automóvil series (which carries no letter prefix). This is a different ply (Original*/Legajo B) than the automóvil specimen fetched previously (Duplicado/Legajo A); per the same carbon-copy-design reasoning applied in the automóvil VERIFICATION.md, every ply of a DNRPA Solicitud Tipo carries identical fields, so this is a structurally complete and representative specimen despite being a different ply than its sibling.
Field-by-field comparison against the automóvil sibling
This document was not assumed to match 08A.pdf structurally. Every section was independently re-transcribed from 08M.pdf's own rendered pages, then cross-checked field-by-field against the already-published ar/dnrpa/solicitud-tipo-08-transferencia-automotor schema (a Python diff comparing both fields arrays by name confirmed the result below).
The two documents are identical across 81 of 83 fields — same section lettering (A, D, E, F, H, I, J, K, L, M, O), same field count per section, same enums, same required/requiredWhen structure. The only substantive difference is in sección "F" ("VEHICULO QUE SE TRANSFIERE"):
- The automóvil form asks for "MARCA DE CHASIS" / "N° DE CHASIS" (
chassisMake/chassisNumber). - The motovehículo form asks for "MARCA DE CUADRO" / "N° DE CUADRO" instead — modelled here as
frameMake/frameNumber, since a motorcycle's load-bearing structure is a "cuadro" (frame), not a "chasis" (chassis); reusing the automóvil sibling's field names would misrepresent what this form actually asks for. - This same substitution recurs in the section's own left-margin completion instruction: "COMPLETAR LOS NUMEROS DE MOTOR Y CUADRO OMITIENDO LAS SERIES..." here, vs "...MOTOR Y CHASIS..." on the automóvil sibling — independently confirmed by rendering and reading both left-margin instruction blocks at high resolution, not inferred from the section-header text alone.
No other textual, structural, or layout difference was found between the two specimens' 2 pages each, including the header boilerplate ("Sr. Vendedor: Recuerde..."), the Ministerio/DNRPA title block, and every other section's field set, labels, and left-margin instructions.
Section-by-section field reconciliation
Since sections A, D, E, H, I, J, K, L, M, and O are field-for-field identical to the already-published automóvil schema, this reconciliation focuses on confirming that identity and detailing section F's difference; see the automóvil sibling's own VERIFICATION.md for the full per-field rationale on shared sections, which applies unchanged here.
- "A" (contrato): 2 fields —
contractPlaceAndDate, purchasePrice— identical to the automóvil sibling, including theDOMINIOcross- reference box (see Scope decisions). - "D" (comprador/adquirente): 20 fields (
buyer*) — identical set and order to the automóvil sibling. - "E" (condómino en la compra): 20 fields (
coBuyer*) — identical mirror of "D", as on the automóvil sibling. - "F" (vehículo que se transfiere): 9 fields —
vehicleLicensePlate, vehicleMake, vehicleType, vehicleModel, engineMake, engineNumber, frameMake, frameNumber, vehicleUse— same count and position as the automóvil sibling's section F, with the two renamed fields being the one substantive difference in this document (see above). - "H" (deudas y gravámenes declarados por el vendedor): 3 fields, identical to the automóvil sibling.
- "I" (vendedor o transmitente): 5 core + 4 attorney fields, identical to the automóvil sibling — including the seller's own national-identity- document number being absent (see Scope decisions).
- "J" (condómino en la venta): mirrors "I", identical to the automóvil sibling.
- "K"/"L" (comprador/condómino — signature/attorney block): 4+4 fields, identical to the automóvil sibling.
- "M" (observaciones): 1 field, identical to the automóvil sibling.
- "O" (autorización a un tercero): 2 fields, identical to the automóvil sibling.
83 fields modelled in total (same total as the automóvil sibling: 81 shared fields, unchanged, plus 2 renamed section-F fields in place of the automóvil's chassisMake/chassisNumber).
Scope decisions and judgment calls
All of the automóvil sibling's scope decisions were independently re-verified against this specimen's own rendered pages (not assumed to carry over) and hold unchanged here:
- Section "A"'s duplicate
DOMINIObox is not a separate field — same reasoning as the automóvil sibling; confirmed present and identical on this specimen. - The seller's own national-identity-document number is deliberately absent from this document. Re-confirmed by inspecting every text position in and around sections "I"/"J" on this specimen at high resolution — sections "I"/"J" here ask only for name, ownership share, and marital status, exactly as on the automóvil sibling.
- Persona-física-specific and ente-jurídico-specific buyer/co-buyer fields are
required: false, not gated by a fabricatedbuyerIsLegalEntityboolean — same reasoning as the automóvil sibling; this specimen has no natural-person-vs-legal-entity selector box either. - Composite address fields, not exploded sub-boxes — same convention as the automóvil sibling; this specimen's four address groups are printed identically (calle+número+piso+dep+código postal; localidad; partido/departamento+provincia).
buyerMaritalStatus/sellerMaritalStatus/coBuyerMaritalStatus/coSellerMaritalStatuscombine two visually-adjacent printed concepts into one enum, identical checkbox group (soltero/casado/viudo/ divorciado) confirmed present on this specimen.- **
authorizedAgentDocumentTypeAndNumberis deliberately not gated withrequiredWhen** againstauthorizedAgentName— same sentinel-comparison pitfall as the automóvil sibling (GSP-0013 has no field-presence operator); avoided here for the same reason. - Document-type enum values combine nationality status and document type — identical 6-option checkbox group confirmed present in every section of this specimen that carries one (D, E, I/apoderado, J/ apoderado, K, L).
- Buyer's CUIT/CUIL/CDI (
buyerTaxId) isrequired: true; the equivalent seller field does not exist on this form at all — same Digesto art. 13 basis as the automóvil sibling;coBuyerTaxIdremainsrequired: false. - Every wet-ink signature line and every notary/certifying-official block is out of scope — confirmed present and excluded identically on this specimen (sections I/J/K/L/O all carry "FIRMA" lines and "Certificación de Firma" / "Fecha, Sello y Firma del Certificante" blocks, matching the automóvil sibling).
- The "apoderado del cónyuge" sub-sub-block is out of scope. This specimen's sections "I"/"J" both carry a full "APELLIDO Y NOMBRES DEL APODERADO DEL CONYUGE" row (with its own D.N.I./L.E./L.C./C.I./PASAP. checkbox group and certificación-de-firma block) — confirmed present, identical to the automóvil sibling's own copy of this box. Consistent with that sibling's own scope decision (a further nested proxy-for-the- spouse identity, one layer deeper than this document's party-level attorney-in-fact scope boundary), this box is excluded here too, for consistency across both variants of this form.
- Registry-only boxes excluded: the form's pre-printed serial number (top-right, this specimen's own
Nº M 06760780 *), sections "B" and "C", the "OPTA SI/NO ART. 11 DEC. LEY 6582/58" checkbox, and section "N" are all confirmed present and out of scope, identical to the automóvil sibling. vehicleLicensePlatereuses the "A"-section cross-reference and the "F"-section primary box as one field — identical to the automóvil sibling.frameMake/frameNumberare new field names, not a reuse ofchassisMake/chassisNumber— the one deliberate naming departure from the automóvil sibling, made for source-fidelity to this document's own "CUADRO" terminology (see Extraction method above). Theirvalidation.maxLengthvalues (100 each) match the automóvil sibling'schassisMake/chassisNumberbounds, since both fields occupy visually identical box sizes on their respective forms.
Mock conformance test
A standalone Node script (conformance.mjs, adapted from the automóvil sibling's own harness with motorcycle-appropriate mock data — plate formats, make/model, and frameMake/frameNumber in place of chassisMake/chassisNumber — not committed, ad hoc verification harness matching this registry's usual practice) evaluates required-field presence (including requiredWhen), enum membership, date format, and minLength/maxLength/minimum/maximum bounds.
- Valid mock 1 — the simplest real-world case: a single natural-person buyer (unmarried, 100% ownership, no co-buyer) and a single natural-person seller (unmarried, no co-seller, no attorneys, no declared prior liens), with a Honda CB 125F as the transferred vehicle. 0 errors.
- Valid mock 2 — the maximal case: two legal-entity co-buyers (60%/40% split, full "ENTES JURIDICOS" data for both), two married co-sellers with spousal-consent names, a co-seller's attorney-in-fact, a buyer's attorney-in-fact, a declared prior lien, third-party filing authorization, and a Yamaha XTZ 250 as the transferred vehicle. 0 errors.
- Negative control 1 — buyer's marital status set to
casadowithout supplyingbuyerMarriageRecordNumber. Fails with that field flagged missing, confirming therequiredWhengate fires correctly. - Negative control 2 —
buyerDocumentTypeset to an out-of-enum value ("green-card"). Fails on enum-membership, as expected. - Negative control 3 —
vehicleLicensePlateandsellerNameOrDenominationremoved from mock 1. Fails with both flagged missing, as expected. - Negative control 4 — seller's marital status set to
casadowithout supplyingsellerMarriageRecordNumber. Fails as expected, confirming the seller-side gate (independent from the buyer-side gate) also fires correctly.
A Python diff of both schemas' fields arrays (by name) additionally confirmed programmatically that the only field-name differences between the two schemas are chassisMake/chassisNumber (automóvil) vs. frameMake/frameNumber (motovehículo), and that every other field is byte-identical apart from the expected sourceRef document-label prefix change ("Solicitud Tipo 08" → "Solicitud Tipo 08 (motovehículo)").

Re-verification
Per the manual-source-review-v1 practice's cadence, nextReviewBy is set to 2027-01-10 (~6 months), matching the automóvil sibling. This closes the follow-on candidate that sibling's own VERIFICATION.md named; re-check both the 08M.pdf and Digesto URLs, confirm no newer specimen has replaced either one, and confirm no third DNRPA Solicitud Tipo 08 variant (e.g. for trailers/acoplados, which DNRPA's own document index may list separately) exists before this date and on any source.url change.
