This schema instead models Form1_P.pdf (also on legalaffairs.gov.tt), a distinct and substantive beneficial-ownership disclosure statement genuinely required of every partnership/firm business name under the Partnership Act's 2024-in-force beneficial-ownership amendments; see the document's own VERIFICATION.md for the full re-scoping rationale. Models the three mutually exclusive declarant tracks the form itself provides — an individual partner (Section 3), a corporation that is a partner, completed by one of its directors or secretary (Section 4), and an individual beneficial owner who is not a partner (Section 5) — plus the common firm-identification header and signature block.
