Every field's label and section context was read from a node-canvas render of all 3 pages at 2.5x scale (the same technique used in this registry's do/mirex and il/mot cycles), cross-checked against each field's own annotation `rect` (x/y position) to resolve the many rows using generic pdfjs field names (`Text1`-`Text71`, `fill_2`/`fill_29`-`fill_50`) to their actual table row/column, by sorting annotations top-to-bottom then left-to-right per page and matching each generic-named field's position against the rendered grid lines. One field (`Firma`, page 3, the AUTORIZACIÓN DEL SOLICITANTE wet-ink signature line) is excluded — see Scope decisions — so 195 of the 196 source fields are modeled."
