Both were decoded with the npm word-extractor package (no antiword/catdoc/LibreOffice available in this environment) and read in full, in Armenian. The Charter's own registration stamp block is itself the strongest authority confirmation available: it prints the literal text 'ՀԱՅԱՍՏԱՆԻ ՀԱՆՐԱՊԵՏՈՒԹՅԱՆ ԱՐԴԱՐԱԴԱՏՈՒԹՅԱՆ ՆԱԽԱՐԱՐՈՒԹՅԱՆ ԱՇԽԱՏԱԿԱԶՄԻ ԻՐԱՎԱԲԱՆԱԿԱՆ ԱՆՁԱՆՑ ՊԵՏԱԿԱՆ ՌԵԳԻՍՏՐԻ ԳՈՐԾԱԿԱԼՈՒԹՅԱՆ' (State Register of Legal Entities Agency, Staff of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Armenia) as the registering body, in the document's own text — not assumed from domain reputation alone. A third document, /am/docs/19, the Firm Name Registration Application (a genuine text-layer PDF, 29,613 bytes, sha256:fedef43f3befd185a09d13d8e38594d08765a78c1f52a551a0745aaec10aaa42, extracted with pdfjs-dist), was also fetched and read in full as corroboration that this is a live, government-authored template library, but is disclosed as an out-of-scope, separate pre-clearance step rather than folded into this schema (it is thin — three alternative trilingual name options plus an applicant name/signature — and belongs conceptually to a name-reservation step, not the registration itself). This cycle's own DMV/Passport/National ID screening reconfirmed each dead end (roadpolice.am and car.mia.gov.am gate every registration action behind the national YesEm login with no downloadable specimen; migration.e-gov.am's passport/ID-card service-detail pages are Radware-bot-walled on every fetch), and Taxes was screened and also found weak (src.am publishes only general calculation-methodology PDFs, with actual filing exclusively through the YesEm-gated self-portal.taxservice.am/file-online.taxservice.am, and no downloadable blank individual declaration form located). The founder's Public Services Number (Հանրային ծառայությունների համարանիշ, historically also called the 'social card' number, the field the Charter's own participants annex labels 'Սոց. քարտի համարը (առկայության դեպքում)') is a 10-digit personal identifier per Armenia's Migration and Citizenship Service and secondary explainer sources (move2armenia.am, armenian-lawyer.com); the Charter's own text explicitly marks this field '(առկայության դեպքում)' ('if available'), so it is modelled required: false, the one field in this schema the source text itself marks optional rather than a disclosed inferential judgment call.
